      目的 探讨合肥市空气质量指数(AQI)、气象因素与儿科呼吸系统疾病门诊量之间的关系。方法 收集合肥市某三甲院2012年~2014年儿科门诊呼吸系统疾病门诊量AQI及相关气象指标。采用Spearman相关分析方法,分析AQI、气象因素与儿科呼吸系统疾病门诊量的关系。结果 AQI与上呼吸道感染、支气管感染和肺炎门诊量存在正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.11、0.40和0.17。结论 空气污染增加可能会导致儿童呼吸系统疾病门诊量增加,应进一步加强环境治理,保护儿童身体健康。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the relationship between air quality index, meteorological factors and the outpatient amount of pediatric respiratory system diseases in Hefei city.Methods The number of outpatients, the air quality index(AQI) and related meteorological index were collected for the outpatient department of pediatric respiratory system diseases in a tertiary hospital of Hefei city from 2012 to 2014. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between AQI value, meteorological factors and the amount of outpatient respiratory system diseases.Results There were significant relationships between the AQI value and upper respiratory infection, bronchial infection and pneumonia. The r value was 0.11, 0.40 and 0.17 respectively.Conclusion The increase of air quality index may result in an increase in the outpatient service of respiratory system diseases in children, and should be further strengthened to monitor and reduce pollutant emissions to protect children's health.
