      目的 评价负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗糖尿病足效果。方法 收集2012年1月至2015年1月安徽医科大学第二附属医院56例糖尿病足住院患者,按照治疗方法分为VSD组和传统治疗组,比较两组病例治疗前的基本特征以及治疗后在创基准备时间、抗生素使用时间、血糖平稳时间、愈合时间、住院时间、换药次数、治愈率以及复发率方面的差异。结果 VSD患者在血糖恢复平稳时间、抗生素使用时间、创基准备时间、创伤愈合时间、住院时间方面短于传统治疗组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在换药次数上,VSD组少于传统治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在一次植皮存活率方面,VSD组高于传统治疗组;在溃疡复发率方面,VSD组低于传统治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在溃疡治愈率方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VSD在糖尿病足溃疡的治疗中能刺激创面肉芽生长,明显缩短治疗时间,效果显著优于传统治疗法。

      Objective To evaluate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 56 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were enrolled in this study, and were divided into the VSD group and the conventional treatment group according to the treatment method. The basic characteristics before treatment, and the wound bed preparation time, antibiotic use time, glycemic steady time, wound healing time, hospitalization time, times of dressing change, rate of ulcer healing and ulcer recurrence after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The glycemic steady time, wound bed preparation time, wound healing time and hospitalization time in the VSD group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). In addition, the times of dressing change in the VSD group were significantly less than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05), and the significant higher survival rate of one-time skin graft and the significant lower rate of ulcer recurrence appeared in the VSD group when compared with that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the ulcer healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Application of VSD in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer could stimulate the growth of healthy granulation, so as to significantly shorten the treatment time. Its superior therapeutical effect to the traditional treatment.
