      目的 研究瓜蒌薤白汤(GLXB-D)对大鼠肺纤维化的影响。方法 采用博莱霉素(BLM)诱导大鼠肺纤维化,采用放免试剂盒检测大鼠体内Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原(Col-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ),层粘连蛋白(LN),透明质酸(HA)水平;采用HE和MASSON染色检测大鼠肺组织病理形态学变化。结果 与正常组相比较,模型组大鼠体质量有明显减轻,肺指数增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比较,GLXB-D1、GLXB-D2、GLXB-D3组和强的松组大鼠体质量有所增加,肺指数明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组大鼠相比较,模型组大鼠血清中Col-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ、LN和HA的含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,GLXB-D1、GLXB-D2、GLXB-D3组和强的松组血清中Col-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ、LN和HA的含量显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GLXB-D对BLM诱导的大鼠肺纤维化有明显治疗作用,降低大鼠血清Col-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ、LN、HA含量,影响细胞外基质的合成是其可能的作用机制。

      Objective To study the effect of Gualou Xiebai Decoction (GLXB-D) on pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods the bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats,using RIA kit were detected in III and IV type collagen (Col-Ⅲ、Col-Ⅳ),laminin (LN),hyaluronic acid (HA) level by he and Masson staining was detected in the rat lung tissue pathologic changes.Results Compared with the normal group,model group rats body weight significantly reduced,lung index increasing,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the model group,GLXB-D1,GLXB-D2,GLXB-D3 group and prednisone group rats body weight increased,lung index decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with the rats in the normal group,the rats in the model group,serum Col-Ⅲ,Col-Ⅳ,LN and HA content increased significantly (P<0.05); compared with the model group,GLXB-D1,GLXB-D2,GLXB-D3 group and prednisone group,the levels of serum III PCol-,col IV and LN and HA were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion GLXB-D on bleomycin induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats have obvious therapeutic effect,reduce rat serum Col-Ⅲ,Col-Ⅳ,LN,HA content,the effects of extracellular matrix synthesis is the possible mechanism.
