Objective To explore the effect of partial CT signs on the efficacy of advanced large liver cancer with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy treatment(3D-CRT).Methods Sixtypatients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent 3D-CRT at the 105th hospital of PLA from July, 2012 to July, 2014 were enrolled and the CT signs of the patients before treatment were collected. According to therapeutic effect, the patients were divided into effective group (26 cases) and invalid group (34 cases), and CT signsof the two groups of patients were compared. Results There was significant difference in single or multiple, cancer embolus, arteriovenous fistula and tumor size between two groups(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in tumor location, existence of lesion capsule and necrosis and degree of enhancement (P>0.05).Conclusion Large tumor, multiple, with cancer embolus or arteriovenous fistula may indicate poor early efficacy of 3D-CRT. |
