      目的 探讨大肠癌组织中MYC启动子结合蛋白1(MBP-1)的表达与临床病理学特征的关系,分析MBP-1蛋白和C-myc、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)表达的相互关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测84例大肠癌组织和40例大肠腺瘤组织中MBP-1、C-myc、MMP-9的表达情况,并从84例大肠癌患者中取40例癌旁组织作为对照。结果 大肠癌组织中MBP-1阴性表达率高于腺瘤组织和癌旁对照组织(P<0.05),表达强度也低于腺瘤组织和癌旁对照组织(P<0.05);腺瘤组织中MBP-1阳性表达率和表达强度与癌旁对照组织相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大肠癌组织中C-myc阳性表达率和表达强度高于癌旁对照组织(P<0.05);大肠癌组织中MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率(58.3%)高于癌旁对照组织(12.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MBP-1表达和C-myc表达呈负相关,与MMP-9表达无相关性。TNM分期低、有淋巴结转移的组织MBP-1表达强度低于TNM分期高、无淋巴结转移的组织(P<0.05)。结论 MBP-1、C-myc和MMP-9可能共同参与了大肠癌的发生发展。

      Objective To investigate the the association between the expression of C-myc pormoter binding protein (MBP-1) with theclinical pathological charactersand its relationship with C-myc andmatrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of MBP-1,C-myc and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 84 tissues of colorectal carcinoma and 40 tissues of adenomatous polyps,respectively, and 40 surrounding of pericarcinomatous tissues were studied as control. Results The expression intensity of MBP-1 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in pericarcinomatous tissues and adenomatous tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression intensity of MBP-1 in adenomatous tissues and the control group (P>0.05). The negative rate MBP-1 expression in colorectal carcinoma was also significantly higher than that in pericarcinomatous tissues and adenomatous tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression rate and the expression intensity of C-myc in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in control, andthe difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of MMP-9 expression in colorectal carcinoma was 58.3%(49/84), but that of the control group was 12.5%(5/40), and the difference between the two group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of MBP-1 was negatively correlated with C-myc, and no correlation with MMP-9was detected. The expression intensity of MBP-1 was significant lower in worse TNM staging and metastasis of lymph node than in better TNM staging and no-metastasis of lymph node in colorectal carcinoma(P<0.05). Conclusion MBP-1 and C-myc, MMP-9 may be involved in the development of colorectal cancer.
