Objective To explore the changes of PLT,FDP and DD levels and its clinical significance in patients with epithelial ovarian cancerrisk(EOC). Methods A total of 108 EOC patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from Oct 2012 to Jun 2016 were taken as observation group, and another 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor were selected as control group, and then the cases in observation groupwere divided into into two subgroups according to the clinical pathological stage, the early stage group(FIGO Stage Ⅰand Ⅱ) with 33 cases, and late stage group(FIGO Stage Ⅲand Ⅳ) with 75 cases, all patients were measured in terms of PLT, FDP and DD values of peripheral venous blood before treatment, and then the differences among groupswere analyzed. Results The levels of PLT, FDP and DD values in observation group were (271.49±97.21)×109/L,(15.05±14.78)mg/L and (5.21±5.31)mg/L,respectively, higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The levels in late stage group were(291.92±103.54)×109/L,(19.05±15.53)mg/L and (6.65±5.62)mg/L, respectively, higher than those in early stage group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of PLT, FDP and DD levels in EOC patientsare higher than those in patients with benign ovarian tumor, and the increased levelis more significant with higher clinical pathological stage, which calls for duly attention in clinic. |
