Objective To discuss and summarize the characteristics of traumatic pancreatitis, and to investigate the methods of its diagnosis and treatment. Methods We collected 21 traumatic pancreatitis cases post treatment. Retrospective analysis of the methods of diagnosis and treatment were performed. Results Fourteen patients were treated by operation, and the other seven patients were treated by conservative treatment, among whom seventeen patients cured, three patients were improvedand one patient died in the prognosis. Conclusion Traumatic pancreatitis patients are often associated with injuries in other abdominal organs, and the CT exams are useful for the early diagnosis. Individuation therapeutic regimen should be formulated for every patient. By abdominal puncture or surgery, the drainage tube can be accurately placed into the abdomen and drainage and wash of the focus of infection can be done effectively, which plays an important role in the process of curing the disease. |
