| 目的 评估分析环孢素A（CsA）联合司坦唑醇治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血（NSAA）的疗效和应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2013年4月至2015年2月阜阳市第二人民医院收治的37例NSAA患者，根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组，对照组17例患者单用司坦唑醇治疗，观察组20例患者在司坦唑醇治疗同时口服CsA，对比分析两组患者疗效及不良反应发生的情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为75.0%，对照组治疗有效率为41.2%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组肝功能损害发生率为40.0%，对照组肝功能损害发生率为35.3%，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 CsA联合司坦唑醇治疗NSAA安全有效，不良反应轻微、可逆，值得临床应用推广。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and application value of Cyclosporine A(New Cyspin) combined with stanozolol in the treatment of chronic non-severe aplastic anemia (NSAA). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 37 cases of patients with chronic NSAA admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to February 2015, and among them, 17 patients were treated with stanozolol alone(control group), while the other 20 patients with stanozolol combined with oral intake of Cyclosporine A(observation group). The curative effect and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total curative effect rate was 75.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(41.2%) (P＜0.05); the main adverse reaction of the two groups was liver function damage, and the incidence of liver function damage in the observation group and control group was 40.0%, 35.3%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Cyclosporine A combined with stanozolol in the treatment of NSAA is safe, effective, with mild and reversible adverse reactions, and thus it is worth popularization. |
