| 目的 比较支架植入与球囊扩张治疗自体动静脉内瘘（AVF）狭窄的手术成功率及疗效。方法 选择2013年1月至2015年6月中国人民解放军第105医院收治的40例AVF狭窄或闭塞患者，随机分为支架植入组和球囊扩张组，每组各20例，比较两组患者的手术成功率、通畅率。结果 支架植入组与球囊扩张组手术成功率分别为100.0%和80.0%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随访12个月无死亡病例，术后12个月支架植入组和球囊扩张组开放率分别为80.0%和43.75%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 支架植入在手术成功率与12个月内的开放率均较高，且优于球囊扩张，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To comparethe success rate and effect of the stent placement with balloon dilation for the treatment of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) stenosis. Methods Forty AVF stenosis or embolism patients in our hospital between January 2013 and June 2015 were treated by interventional therapy. All of them were randomly divided into the stent placement group (20 cases) and balloon dilation group (20 cases). The two groups were compared in terms of the success rateand patency rate. Results The success rate of stent placement group and balloon dilation group was 100% and 80% respectively (P<0.05). No death was reported in the follow up of 12 months. The patency rate of two groups was 80% and43.75% respectively 12months after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Stent placement in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) stenosis is worth clinical promotion since its success rate and 12-month patency rate are superior to those of balloon dilation. |
