      目的 探讨乳腺浸润性癌的声脉冲辐射力成像的特征。方法 回顾性分析40例乳腺浸润性癌患者共计42个病灶的声触诊组织定性成像(VTI)和声触诊组织定量成像(VTQ)上的特征。结果 42个乳腺浸润性癌病灶VTQ检测,横向剪切波速度(SWV)范围为1.34~9.00 m/s,平均(6.28±2.95)m/s,相同深度处周围乳腺组织SWV范围为0.93~2.11 m/s,平均(1.29±0.24)m/s,两者差异有统计学意义(t=10.93,P=0.00)。乳腺浸润性癌与相同深度周邻乳腺组织的SWV的比值范围为0.95~9.68,平均(4.98±2.54)。乳腺浸润性癌病灶VTI分级共6级,其中1级0个、2级3个、3级5个、4级17个、5级15个、6级2个。VTI图像分级4~6级占80.95%(34/42)。结论 VTQ和VTI能定量及定性的反映乳腺浸润性癌病灶的硬度,对乳腺浸润性癌的诊断可以提供数据参考。

      Objective To explore the characteristics of the acoustic radiation of force impulse(ARFI) in invasive breast carcinoma. Methods ARFI characteristics of 42 breast invasive carcinoma masses in 40 patients were analysed retrospectively, including virtual touch tissue imaging(VTI) and virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ). Results The SWV range of 42 breast invasive carcinoma was 1.34 m/s to 9.00 m/s, the average value was (6.28±2.95) m/s and that of the adjacent breast tissues at the same depth was 0.93 m/s to 2.11 m/s, and the average value was (1.29±0.24) m/s, and there was significant difference between them(t=10.93, P=0.00). The average SWV ratio of breast invasive carcinomas to the adjacent breast tissues was(4.98±2.54)(range:0.95 to 9.68). The VTI images of breast invasive carcinomas were determined to be level 1 in none, level 2 in 3 lesions, level 3 in 5 lesions, level 4 in 17 lesions, level 5 in 15 lesions, level 6 in 2 lesions. Thirty-four of forty-two(80.95%) breast invasive carcinomas had a VTI level 4 to 6. Conclusion The stiffness of breast invasive carcinomas can be qualitatively and quantitatively measured by VTI and VTQ of the AFRI technique,which may provide diagnosis clues for breast invasive carcinoma.
