| 目的 比较右室间隔（RVS）和右室心尖（RVA）起搏对心功能的影响。方法 选择天长市人民医2014年7月至2015年11月收治的需要置入永久起搏器的患者54例，随机分A组（RVS起搏，26例）和B组（RVA起搏，28例），比较两组患者的起博参数、术后1个月、3月和6月心功能指标和NT-proBNP差异。结果 两组患者起博参数差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。A组术后3个月和6个月的QRS时限和左室舒张末期内径低于B组，而左室射血分数高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组术后1周、1个月、3个月和6个月的NT-proBNP差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 与RVA起博相比，RVS起博能够改善患者的左室功能和重构。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of right ventricular septal (RVS) pacing on cardiac function compared to right ventricular apical pacing in patients implanted with pacemakers. Methods Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A received RVS pacing (n=26) and group B received right ventricular apical (RVA) pacing (n=28). The pacing parameters, cardiac function indexes, and NT-proBNP between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in pacing parameters between group A and group B (P>0.05). The mean QRS duration and LVEDD of group A were lower, and LVEF was higher than those of group B 3-month and 6-month after procedure (P<0.05). The plasma NT-proBNP levels between the two groups were comparable 1-week, 1-month, 3-month and 6-month after pacemaker implantation (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with RVA pacing, RVS pacing improves the left ventricular systolic function and remodeling. |
