| 目的 探讨综合评价医院临床科室医疗质量指标的科学方法。方法 以2016年某三级甲等综合医院出院患者疗效数据资料为基础，采用Ridit法对各临床科室的医疗质量数据进行分析，通过参照标准组R值，计算各临床科室的值及95%置信区间（CI），科室值越大且差异有统计学意义，则说明科室医疗质量越高。结果 肛肠科值最大，且CI与标准组不重叠，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），医疗质量最好的科室为肿瘤三科，其次是妇产科、肿瘤五科、肿瘤一科、肛肠科、肿瘤四科、骨一科等，医疗质量均高于标准组，风湿免疫科医疗质量最差。结论 应用Ridit法对临床科室医疗质量进行综合评价，结果直观可靠，可为医院管理人员提供参考依据。 |

| Objective To comprehensively evaluate the medical quality in clinical departments of the hospital.Methods Based on the patient curative effect data in 2016, the Ridit method wasadopted to evaluate and analyse the medical quality of various clinical departments.Results The department with the best medical quality is Third Department of Tumor, followed by the Gynaecology, Fifth Department of Tumor, First Department of Tumor, Anus Bowel Division, Fourth Department of Tumor,First Department of Orthopaedics,which presented higher medical quality level than standard group.The department with the worst medical quality is Department of Rheumatology and Immunology. Conclusion Evaluation results of medical qualityin clinical departments with Ridit method are intuitive and reliable,which can provide a reference basis for hospital administrators. |
