| 目的 探讨应用子宫内膜细胞采集器获取宫腔细胞诊断子宫内膜癌的可行性及准确性。方法 选取2014年6月至2016年3月我院收治的需要行宫腔诊刮术的患者136例,先应用子宫内膜细胞采集器获取宫腔细胞行细胞学检查,继之行诊断性刮宫术,比较分析两种取材方法的病理学结果及操作时的疼痛感。结果 136例子宫内膜细胞学标本中,133例获取标本满意,满意率为97.79%；子宫内膜组织学标本中,131例获得满意标本,满意率为96.32%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。133例子宫内膜细胞学标本中,子宫内膜癌阳性率为8.27%（11/133）；诊断性刮宫标本中,阳性率为9.16%（12/131）；两者比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。而应用子宫内膜细胞采集器取材时的疼痛感小于诊刮术,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 宫腔细胞学诊断子宫内膜癌准确可行,该方法患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of endometrial cellscollectionwithan endometrial sampling device in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods From Jun 2014 to Mar 2016, 136 patients scheduled for endometrial diagnostic curettage in our hospital were enrolledand theirendometrial cytological specimens were first collected with an endometrial sampling device for cytological detection. After subsequentendometrial diagnostic curettage, the histopathological results of attained samples and pain during operationbetween the two times of endometrialsamplings were compared and analyzed. Results There were133 satisfactory cytological specimens in the 136 attained endometrial samples, with satisfaction rate of 97.79%.And 131 satisfactory histological specimenswere foundin the 136 attained endometrial samples,its satisfaction rate(96.32%) was not significantly different fromthat ofcytological specimens (P>0.05). The positive rate of diagnosed endometrial cancerin the 133 satisfactory cytological specimens was 8.27%(11/133), whereas in the 131 satisfactory curettage specimens it was 9.16%(12/131), with no significant difference between the two sampling methods(P>0.05).But compared with diagnostic curettage, endometrial cells collection withthe endometrial sampling device caused significantly less painduring operation(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of endometrial cytologywiththeendometrial sampling device might be accurate and feasible for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer, and as an easily acceptable sampling method to patients, it is worthy of clinical expansion. |
