| 目的 探讨经直肠超声（TRUS）引导下8+X点及6点穿刺活检法诊断前列腺癌（Pca）的临床价值。方法 选择2014年6月至2016年5月皖南医学院弋矶山医院265例临床疑似Pca患者，即满足直肠指检阳性、前列腺特异性抗原升高、TRUS发现可疑结节、磁共振发现异常结节其中至少1项者，行TRUS引导下6点及8+X点穿刺活检，比较2种方法诊断价值。结果 8+X点穿刺活检法对Pca诊断的灵敏度为97.04%，显著高于6点穿刺法（80.74%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=18.15，P<0.001）。结论 TRUS引导下8+X点前列腺穿刺活检法诊断Pca灵敏度更高，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To explore the diagnostic value of two methods of transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) guided by 6 points and 8+X point prostate biopsy in prostate cancer (Pca).Methods A total of 265 cases who met one of these criteria (positive rectal examination; prostate specific antigen rising; TRUS finding suspicious nodules; MRI finding abnormal nodules) were examined by 6 points and 8+X systematic biopsy from June 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital. The diagnostic value of these two methods was compared.Results The diagnosis sensitivity of prostate cancer by 8+X method was 97.04%, which was higher than the sensitivity by using 6 points method(80.74%) (χ2=18.15, P<0.001).Conclusion TRUS guided by 8 + X prostate biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis of Pca, with a high sensitivity, which is worth popularizing in clinical application. |
