Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of nalbuphine combined with sufentanil for epidural analgesia after gynecological surgery. Methods Eighty female patients(ASAⅠ~Ⅱ) were enrolled in the study, and they underwent gynecological surgery with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA).Epidural analgesia was adopted after operation. The patients were randomly divided into four groups(C, N1, N2, N3), with 20 cases in each group. Group C was treated with sufentanil(1.5 μg/kg) +choloroprocaine(1.3 g), and group N1, N2 or N3 were treated with nalbuphine(0.2, 0.4 or 0.8 mg/kg)+sufentanil(1.5 μg/kg)+choloroprocaine(1.3 g).At 6,8,12,24 and 48 h after analgesia, visual analogue scale(VAS) scores, Ramsay sedation scores and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed in four groups at 6,8,12,24 and 48 h.Results All groups of formula could provide patients with good postoperative analgesia, and there were no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05). The overall postoperative satisfaction of patients in Group(N1, N2, N3)was significantly better than that in group C(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in group N2 were significantly lower than those in group N1 and group N2.Conclusion The combination of nalbuphine(0.4 mg/kg) and sufentanil in epidural analgesia is effective, with low incidence of opioid-related side effects. |
