| 目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者医疗费用的构成及主要影响因素。方法 收集2015年合肥市某三级甲等医院收治的1 022例COPD患者医疗费用的相关数据，分别采用单因素分析和多元线性回归模型分析患者基本特征对治疗总费用的影响。结果 COPD患者医疗总费用中，药费所占比例最高，达总费用的47.84%。单因素及多因素分析显示，年龄、性别、住院时间、有无并发症以及入院季节等是影响其医疗总费用的重要因素（P<0.05）。结论 降低药费是控制COPD住院患者医疗费用过高的重要途径。 |

| Objective To explore the constitution and main influential factors of hospitalization costs in those patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods The data of hospitalization costs of 1022 patients with COPD hospitalized in a top-three hospital of Hefei in 2015 were collected. Then univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression model analysis were performed to identify the effects of primary characteristics of these COPD patients on hospitalization costs.Results The medication costs accounted for 47.84% of the total hospitalizationcosts of COPD patients, being the highest. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis indicated that age, sex, length of stay, department ofmedication, surgery and complications were major factors influencing the hospitalization costs of COPD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion To decrease the medication costs would still be an important way to control higher hospitalization costs of COPD patients. |
