| 目的 了解医务人员对患者安全文化的认知及医院安全文化建设，为持续改善患者安全提供依据。方法 2016年3月及2017年1月对安徽医科大学第二附属医院医务人员发放医院患者安全文化调查表（HSOPS），计算量表各维度同意率，比较引入JCI标准前后医务人员对患者安全文化的认知及医院安全文化建设效果。结果 引入JCI标准后，医院患者安全优势维度从引入JCI标准前的5个增至9个，待改进维度由4个降至1个，过去1年内从未上报不良事件的比例由66.02%降至46.33%，对医院患者安全状况的认可程度由66.27%上升至80.08%，人员配置、对患者安全的管理支持、对错误的非惩罚性反应等维度的同意率均显著高于引入JCI标准前。结论 JCI标准能有效提高医疗机构的患者安全水平，提高不良事件的上报频率，有助于形成人人参与质量管理的安全文化氛围。 |

| Objective To understand the cognition of the medical staff on safety culture ofpatients and the construction ofsafety culture of hospitals, so as to provide the basis for improving the safety of patients. Methods JCI certified as the starting point,a comprehensive safety improvement measures were takenwithin the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University.The hospital patient safety culture questionnaire (HSOPS) was delivered from March 2016 and January 2017 to all medical staff in our hospital, the scale of the dimension of the agreed rate wascalculated and the difference in the construction of safety culture in hospital andcognition in patient safety culture was comparedbefore and after the introduction of JCI standard. Results After the introduction of JCI standard, the number of advantage dimensions increased from 5 to 9,while the number of disadvantage dimensions decreased from 4 to 1. The proportion of medical staffs never reporting adverse events in the past year decreased from 66.02% to 46.33%. The recognition degree of patients safety increased from 66.27% to 80.08%. The agreed rates of ‘Staffing’,‘Hospital management support for patient safety’ and ‘Nonpunitive response to error’ were significantly improved. Conclusion JCI standard can effectively improve the safety level of patients and reporting frequency of adverse events of medical institutions, and help to form a safe cultural atmosphere for everyone to participate in quality management. |
