      目的 锥形束CT(CBCT)测量上颌前牙区唇侧软硬组织厚度,分析两者之间及其与性别的相关性。方法 选取2016~2017年安徽医科大学在校学生80名作为研究对象,CBCT扫描并三维重建。在牙体长轴矢状位图像测量对应牙体的软组织厚度:唇侧测定5个点(距龈缘1、2 mm,牙槽嵴顶,牙槽嵴顶上方1、2 mm);在牙体长轴矢状位图像测量对应牙体的硬组织厚度:唇侧测定4个点(根尖处、根中处、牙槽嵴顶根方2mm处和1mm处)。分析软硬组织厚度的相关性。结果 受试者中切牙在5处软组织测量点的厚度分别为(0.84±0.18)、(1.18±0.21)、(1.44±0.20)、(0.62±0.14)、(0.74±0.17)mm,侧切牙分别为(0.78±0.15)、(1.01±0.17)、(1.27±0.19)、(0.54±0.13)、(0.73±0.18)mm,尖牙分别为(0.79±0.15)、(1.05±0.18)、(1.30±0.19)、(0.51±0.13)、(0.60±0.17)mm。中切牙在4处硬组织测量点的厚度分别为(2.21±0.53)、(0.57±0.17)、(0.62±0.14)、(0.65±0.15)mm,侧切牙分别为(1.36±0.74)、(0.41±0.16)、(0.58±0.18)、(0.65±0.19)mm,尖牙分别为(1.40±0.61)、(0.44±0.15)、(0.70±0.21)、(0.75±0.21)mm。上颌中切牙唇侧软硬组织厚度男性大于女性(P<0.05)。上颌尖牙区唇侧相同位点软硬组织厚度呈正相关(r=0.344、0.225,P<0.05)。结论 ①上颌前牙区唇侧软硬组织厚度冠根向存在差异;②软硬组织厚度存在性别差异;③上颌前牙区唇侧软硬组织厚度存在相关性。

      Objective To measure the parameters of the soft and hard tissue in the maxillary anterior teeth by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), and establish a database of soft and hard tissues in the maxillary anterior teeth of young students in Anhui province, so as to provide references for clinical treatment. Methods Eighty students from Anhui Medical University during 2016 and 2017 were selected as the subjects, and the maxillofacial CBCT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction were carried out. The thickness of the soft tissue of the tooth axis sagittal image measurement of corresponding teeth was:labial determination of five points (1, 2 mm from the gingival and alveolar crest at the crest of the ridge above the 1 and 2 mm); in the hard tissue of the tooth axis sagittal images corresponding to the tooth thickness measurement determination of four points was:labial (apex, root and alveolar crest root at 2 mm and 1 mm). The correlation between the thickness of soft and hard tissue was analyzed. Results The thickness of the incisors at five soft tissue points was(0.84±0.18), (1.18±0.21), (1.44±0.20), (0.62±0.14), (0.74±0.17) mm, respectively, and the lateral incisor was (0.78±0.15), (1.01±0.17), (1.27±0.19), (0.54±0.13), (0.73±0.18)mm, respectively, and the canine was (0.79±0.15), (1.05±0.18), (1.30±0.19), (0.51±0.13), (0.60±0.17)mm, respectively. The thickness of middle incisors at four hard tissue points was (2.21±0.53), (0.57±0.17), (0.62±0.14), (0.65±0.15) mm, respectively, and that of lateral incisors was (1.36±0.74), (0.41±0.16), (0.58±0.70), (0.65±0.19), respectively, and that of canines was (1.40±0.61), (0.44±0.15), (0.70±0.21), (0.75±0.21)mm, respectively. The thickness of soft and hard tissue on the labial side of middle maxillary incisors was higher in males than in females(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the thickness of soft and hard tissue at the same site on the labial side of maxillary anterior teeth(correlation coefficient:0.344 and 0.225). Conclusion ① The thickness of soft and hard tissue in the labial side of maxillary anterior teeth is different in the root direction. ②There is gender difference in the thickness of soft and hard tissue. ③There is a correlation between the thickness of soft and hard tissue in the labial area of maxillary anterior teeth.
