Objective To investigate the related clinical factors of fungal infection in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Methods A total of 197 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were enrolled from June 2013 to June 2016. According to whether they were with or without fungal infections, they were divided into two groups:the fungal infection group (17 cases) and the non-fungal infection group (180 cases). Age, gender, duration of hospitalization, prothromin time, liver function classification, serum albumin, antibiotic use time, with or without diabetes, with or without hepatic encephalopathy, with or without invasive operation history, with or without gastrointestinal bleeding, with or without spontaneous peritonitis, with or without the dringking of history were collected to analyze the risk factors of fungal infection with decompensated cirrhosis. Results The fungal infection rate was 8.63%. The length of hospital stay, liver function Child grade C,serumalbumin, antibiotic use time were the independent risk factors of fungal infection in decompensated liver cirrhosis patients. Conclusion The risk factors of fungal infection in patients with decompensated cirrhosis are complicated. Fungal infection is difficult to identify in time, thus the clinical prevention and treatment should be strengthened. |
