| 目的 探讨电视纵隔镜在纵隔疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择2011年1月至2017年12月在安徽省胸科医院进行电视纵隔镜手术检查的177例纵隔疾病患者，回顾性分析电视纵隔镜手术检查患者的临床病理学诊断情况及临床资料。结果 电视纵隔镜手术中无患者死亡，患者平均手术操作时间为（77.4±9.6） min，平均出血量（37.2±6.7） mL，177例纵隔疾病患者均明确诊断，其中肺癌58例、肺结核36例、结节病34例、淋巴瘤20例。结论 电视纵隔镜可安全、准确的诊断纵隔疾病。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of television mediastinoscopy in the diagnosis of mediastinal diseases.Methods A total of177 cases of mediastinal diseases were retrospectively analyzed from January 2011 to December 2017, and the pathological diagnosis and clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results No patients died in television mediastinal surgery, the average operation time was (77.4±9.6) min, and the average blood loss was(37.2±6.7) mL. All patients got the clear pathological diagnosis,among whomthere were 58 cases of lung cancer, 36 cases of tuberculosis, 34 cases of sarcoidosis and20 cases of lymphoma.Conclusion Television mediastinum canbe safe and accurate in the diagnosis of mediastinal diseases. |
