| 目的 分析肠梗阻多层螺旋CT （MSCT）表现，探讨其对肠梗阻梗阻部位及病因的诊断价值。方法 收集2012年4月至2017年6月在淮北市人民医院经纤维肠镜和/或手术病理证实为肠梗阻的94例患者，回顾性分析影像学表现。结果 肿瘤46例（48.94%），腺瘤、息肉5例（5.32%），腹股沟疝11例（11.70%）等。MSCT诊断肠梗阻部位符合率为100.00%，诊断肠梗阻病因符合率为92.55%。结论 MSCT能对肠梗阻梗阻部位进行准确诊断，并对梗阻病因进行较为准确的分析。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in thediagnosis of the location and cause of intestinal obstruction.Methods Ninety-four patients from April 2012to June 2017with intestinal obstruction proved by pathological test after intestinal fiberscope and/or surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 46 cases of tumor (48.94%), 5 cases of adenoma, polypi (5.32%), 11 cases of inguinal hernia (11.70%),and so on. The coincidence of obstruction location with MSCT imaging was 100.00%, and that ofobstruction cause was 92.55%.Conclusion MSCT can diagnose the location of intestinal obstruction accurately, which can provide an accurateanalysis of the cause of intestinal obstruction. |
