      目的 研究手术联合131I、甲状腺激素对甲状腺癌患者的临床疗效及乳腺癌转移抑制基因1(BRMS1)和连接蛋白43(Cx43)的影响。方法 选择2011年9月至2012年9月于重庆西南医院治疗的96例甲状腺癌患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。观察组采用手术联合131I和甲状腺激素进行治疗,观察组采用手术和甲状腺素治疗,观察两组患者的疗效,评价患者生命质量,测量BRMS1、Cx43的阳性表达率,并记录其复发率与生存率。结果 治疗1年后,对照组患者有效率为56.25%,观察组为77.08%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者情绪和健康状况优于对照组,而疲倦项目评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者BRMS1和Cx43蛋白阳性率高于治疗前,且观察组患者BRMS1和Cx43蛋白阳性率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者5年的复发率(8.33%)低于对照组(27.08%),而5年生存率(83.33%)高于对照组(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术联合131I及甲状腺激素治疗甲状腺癌,患者临床症状明显改善,患者病死率和复发率显著下降,值得临床推广应用。

      Objective To study the effects of surgery combined with 131I and thyroid hormone on the clinical efficacy, breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1 (BRMS1) and connexin 43 (Cx43) protein levels in patients with thyroid carcinoma.Methods Ninety-six cases of thyroid cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with surgery combined with 131I and thyroid hormone therapy, while the control group with surgery combined with thyroid hormone treatment. The clinical efficacy after treatment was observed, the quality of lifeassessed, the BRMS1 and Cx43 protein positive expression ratesmeasured, and the transferred recurrence rates and survival ratesrecorded.Results The clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05); the emotional and health in the quality of life score of patients inobservation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05),the tiredness of project evaluation was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05); BRMS1 and Cx43 protein expression ratesin patientsafter treatment were significantly higher than thosebefore treatment (P<0.05);BRMS1 and Cx43 protein expression rates inpatientsin observation group were significantly better thanthose of control group (P<0.05); the5-year recurrence rates in patients ofobservation group were lower than those ofcontrol group(8.33% vs.27.08%,P<0.05), and the 5-year survival ratesweremarkedly higher than those of control group(3.33%vs.62.50%,P<0.05), andthe difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combination therapy ofsurgery with 131I and thyroid hormone in treatment of thyroid cancermay getmarkedly amelioratedclinical symptoms, health recovery, significantlydecreased death rates and recurrence rates in patients, which is worth promotion and application.
