| 目的 分析血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子（CD147）在脑膜瘤组织中的表达水平及临床意义。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选取武汉大学人民医院2015年1月至2017年8月收治的40例脑膜瘤患者为观察组；同时选取36例脑膜非肿瘤组织作为对照组，采用免疫组化法测定两组标本中VEGF、CD147的表达水平。结果 观察组40例脑膜瘤患者中有30例CD147表达阳性（阳性率75.00%），28例VEGF表达阳性（阳性率70.00%），对照组中有7例CD147表达阳性（阳性率19.44%）、6例VEGF表达阳性（阳性率16.67%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。病理分级中，脑膜瘤Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的VEGF阳性率和CD147阳性率均高于I级，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。通过Spearman非参数相关检验，CD147和VEGF阳性表达率与脑膜瘤分级成正相关性（r=0.435、0.403，P<0.05）。结论 VEGF、CD147在脑膜组织中的表达水平对评定脑膜瘤病理程度及预后有指导意义。 |

| Objective To analyze the expression changes and clinical significance of VEGF and CD147 in meningioma tissues. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with meningioma admitted to the People's Hospital of Wuhan University from Jan 2015 to Aug 2017 were selected as the observation group by retrospective study. Meanwhile, 36 cases of meningeal non-tumor tissues were selected as the control group, and the expression levels of VEGF and CD147 in the two groups were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results Among 40 cases in observation group, there were 30 cased of positive CD147 expression (positive rate was 75.00%) and 28 cases of positive VEGF expression (positive rate was 70.00%), while in control group, there were 7 cases of positive CD147 expression (positive rate was 19.44%), 6 cases of positive VEGF expression (positive rate was 16.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). According to pathological classification, VEGF positive rate and CD147 positive rate in grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ meningioma were higher than those of grade I, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Spearman non-parametric correlation test showed that the positive expression rates of CD147 and VEGF were positively correlated with the classification of meningiomas (r=0.435, 0.403, P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF and CD147 have guiding significance in evaluating the pathological degree and prognosis of meningioma. |
