Objective bjectiveCollege, ollege, ated Hospmultiple port and single port VATS operation scheme on operation-related clinical indicators, pain degree and complications of patients with peripheral NSCLC. Methods A total of 109 patients with peripheral NSCLC were selected in the period from Mar 2015 to Mar 2017 in our hospital and divided into two groups according to operation scheme, namely control group (58 patients) with multiple port VATS operation and observation group (51 patients) with single port VATS operation; and the operation time, intraoperative blood loss volume, the lymph node resection number and stations, the postoperative drainage, the postoperative drainage time, the total hospitalization time, the thoracotomy rate, the patients satisfaction score, the postoperative pain score and the postoperative complications incidence of both groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss volume, the lymph node resection number and stations, the postoperative drainage, the postoperative drainage time, the total hospitalization time and the thoracotomy rate between the two groups(p>0.05). The patients satisfaction score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05). The postoperative pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(p<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative complication incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion onclusion between ificant difference in postoperative complicationhe postoperative drainage, the postoperative drainage time, the to efficiently improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce the pain degree in acute and chronic period. Two kinds of VATS operation scheme possess the same effects in operation time, postoperative rehabilitation process, thoracotomy risk and safety. |
