      目的 探讨精神分裂症患者25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平与代谢综合征相关指标的关系。方法 选择2016年5月至2017年4月合肥市第四人民医院住院的精神分裂症患者229例,采用单因素、多元线性回归分析探索精神分裂症患者25-(OH)D水平与代谢综合征相关指标(空腹血糖、腰围、收缩压、舒张压)的关联。结果 单因素分析显示,25-(OH)D水平与空腹血糖存在显著负相关(β=-0.007,P=0.018)。多元线性回归结果显示,25-(OH)D水平仍与空腹血糖呈显著负相关(β=-0.008,P=0.006)。结论 精神分裂症患者25-(OH)D水平与空腹血糖存在负相关。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the relationship between serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the metabolic syndrome related indicators in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 229 patients who were diagnosed with schizophrenia, admitted in Hefei Fourth People's Hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study. By univariable analysis and multi-factor linear regression analysis, the association between 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels and the metabolic syndrome related indicators(fasting plasma glucose, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure diastolic blood pressure) was assessed. Results Single factor linear regression analysis showed that 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels hada significant negative association with fasting glucose levels(β=-0.007, P=0.018). After controlling various confounding factors, the multivariate linear regression model results showed that 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels were significantly negatively related with fasting blood sugar(β=-0.008, P=0.006). Conclusion There is a significant association between 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels in patients with schizophrenia and fasting plasma glucose, and 25-hydroxy vitamin D level deficiency may lead to elevated fasting plasma glucose.
