      目的 探讨正念减压疗法(MBSR)对慢性心力衰竭患者自我感受负担及药物治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2016年12月至2017年12月合肥市第二人民医院收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与干预组(30例)。两组均接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上接受MBSR进行干预。采用自我感受负担量表、药物治疗依从性量表评估两组患者干预后自我感受负担及药物治疗依从性状况。结果 干预前,对照组患者自我感受负担得分为(33.17±2.89)分,干预组为(32.57±3.61)分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组患者自我感受负担得分为(27.73±2.70)分,对照组为(32.97±2.17)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,对照组患者治疗依从性(3.20±0.61)分,干预组为(3.27±0.52)分,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组患者治疗依从性得分为(1.77±0.57)分,对照组为(2.87±0.57)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MBSR能够降低慢性心力衰竭患者自我感受负担,提高患者药物治疗依从性,可进一步推广应用。

      Objective To investigate the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction on self-perceived burden and medication compliance of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure from Department ofCardiology in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei were randomly assigned into observation group(n=30) and experiment group(n=30) from Nov2016 to Nov2017. Both groups received usual care, and the experiment group were given mindfulness-based stress reduction based on usual care. The effects were measured by the self-perceived burden scale and the medication compliance scale to evaluatethe self-perceived burden and medication compliance of patients with chronic heart failure after intervention. Results Before intervention, self-perceived burden scores in observation group and experiment groupwere(33.17±2.89) and(32.57±3.61), respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). After intervention, self-perceived burden scores in experiment group and observation group were(27.73±2.70) and(32.97±2.17), respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Before intervention, medication compliance scores in observation group and experiment groupwere(3.20±0.61)and(3.27±0.52), respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). After intervention, medication compliance scores in experiment group and observation groupwere(1.77±0.57) and(2.87±0.57), respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction could decrease self-perceived burden and improve medication compliance and thusitis up to popularization and application.
