Objective To analyze the current situation of rural doctor teams in Changfeng county in Anhui and put forward suggestions for building village clinics and rural doctor teams.Methods From Dec 2015 to Jan 2016, questionnaires were designed to collect data through field interview and registration. Some rural doctors were selected randomly to conduct in-depth interviews, aiming to understand their income and living allowance after retirement. SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results Aging[the mean age was (45.84 ±0.38) years, age group of 50~59 accounted for 24.10%] and low educational background as well as income (high school education accounted for 42.83%, junior high school education occupied 31.67%, and the monthly income was about 1,000 yuan), low professional qualification[without practicing (assistant) physician qualifications accounted for 77.69%], lack of pension security (monthly retirement allowance was 300 yuan) were still the main problems facing rural doctors. The rural doctors with different age and educational background had different qualifications and training times (all P <0.05).Conclusion The income level of rural doctors need to be improved continuously, the withdrawal and training mechanism of rural doctors call for improvement, the basic public health service quantity of rural doctors may be reduced, so that the basic medical service ability can be strengthened. |
