      目的 观察核黄素磷酸钠防治急性放射性食管炎的效果及其对外周血T细胞亚群的影响。方法 选择安徽省第二人民医院2014年3月至2017年12月收治的81例接受放疗的食管癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(41例)与对照组(40例)。治疗组患者预防性使用核黄素磷酸钠,对照组患者出现急性放射性食管炎时行常规处理,放疗前后均检测患者外周血T细胞亚群水平。结果 治疗组患者急性放射性食管炎的发生率为58.50%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.429,P=0.040)。放疗后,治疗者患者辅助T细胞、NK细胞及CD4+/CD8+细胞比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 核黄素磷酸钠可降低急性放射性食管炎的发生,其机制可能与调节T细胞亚群相关。

      Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of riboflavin sodium in the prevention and treatment of acute radiation esophagitis (ARE) and its effect on the levels of T cell subsets in peripheral blood. Methods A total of 81 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radiotherapy from March 2014 to Oct 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (n=41) and control group (n=40). The patients in treatment group were intravenously infused with riboflavin sodium phosphate preventively; the control group only received convention processing. The levels of T cell subsets in peripheral blood were detected. Results The incidence of acute radiation esophagitis in treatment group and control group was 58.50% and 80.00%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2=6.429, P=0.04). T cell subsets,NK cell and CD4+/CD8+ increased in treatment group compared with those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Riboflavin sodium phosphate could reduce the incidence of acute radiation esophagitis at all levels and ameliorate the symptoms of acute radiation esophagitis, playing a certain role in prevention and treatment of the disease.
