| 目的 探讨早期量化功能锻炼在糖尿病足溃疡（DFU）患者封闭负压引流（VSD）治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2013年12月至2015年11月安徽医科大学第二附属医院整形科收治的32例VSD治疗DFU患者作为对照组，给予常规护理；选择2015年12月至2018年1月收治的35例患者作为干预组，在常规护理的基础上给予早期量化功能锻炼。比较两组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率、小腿围周径差等指标。结果 干预组患者小腿周径差为（1.74±0.37）cm、VSD术更换敷料次数为（2.05±0.72）次、换药次数为（15.15±1.51）次、创面愈合时间为（31.67±4.63）d、住院时间为（34.85±3.82）d，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预组患者护理满意度为94.28%，对照组患者护理满意度为84.38%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对VSD治疗DFU患者进行早期量化功能锻炼，临床效果显著，且能提高患者的护理满意度。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effect of early quantifying functional exercise in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with vacuum sealing drainage. Methods Thirty-twopatients undergoing vaccum sealing drainage for diabetic foot ulcer from the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University were treated with usual care from Dec 2013 to Nov 2015 (the control group), and thirty-five patients were treated with early quantifying functional exercise based on usual care from Dec 2015 to Jan 2018 (the exercise group). The incidence rate of lower limbs vein thrombus, and the calf perimeters betweenthe two groups were compared. Results The calf perimeters were (1.74±0.37)cm, the frequency of change dressings after VSD was (2.05±0.72), the frequency of change drugs was(15.15±1.51), the days of wound healing were (31.67 ±4.63)d,and the hospital stay were 34.85±3.82 d, which were alllower than those of control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfactionrate in intervention group was 94.28%, which was higher than that of control group (84.38%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Early quantifying functional exercise is a strikingly effective treatment in patients undergoing vacuum sealing drainage for diabetic foot ulcer, which also could increase the nursing satisfaction. |
