| 目的 探讨康复新液湿敷治疗老年化疗性静脉炎患者的疗效。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年12月在安徽省阜阳市人民医院肿瘤科化疗后出现化疗性静脉炎的63例老年患者，按随机数字表分为对照组（32例）和观察组（31例）。对照组患者给予土豆片贴敷法，观察组患者采用康复新液湿敷法，比较护理干预后两组患者的疗效。结果 两组患者1级静脉炎治疗后的临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2级、3级及以上静脉炎患者治疗后的临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者各级静脉炎患者的病程时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 康复新液湿敷可有效治疗老年患者的化疗性静脉炎，缩短治疗静脉炎病程时间，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To observe the effects of Kangfuxin liquid wet compressin chemotherapeuticphlebitis in elderly patients. Methods Sixty-threeelderly patients with phlebitis caused by chemotherapy inFuyang People's Hospital between Jan 2016 and Dec 2017 were chosen and divided into two groups by means of random number table, namely control group(32 cases) and study group(31 cases). Potato chips topical treatment was given tocontrol group., whileKangfuxin liquid wet compress to study group. Results Kangfuxin liquid wet compress could effectively treat chemotherapeutic phlebitisin the elderly, especially at second level and above (P<0.05); Kangfuxin liquid wet compress could effectively treatchemotherapeutic phlebitis in the elderly. The course of phlebitis at all levels of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid wet compress can effectively treat chemotherapeutic phlebitis in elderly patientsand shorten the treatment time of phlebitis, which is worth clinical promotion. |
