Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG coincidence metabolic imaging in the pulmonary lesions. Methods The imaging data of 48 patients with pulmonary lesions who underwent 18F-FDG coincidence metabolic imaging in the Department of Nuclear Medicine of Tongling People's Hospital from March 2015 to January 2018were selected. The metabolic images were visually and semi-quantitatively used. The clinical value of the two methods was analyzed and judged. Results Using 18F-FDG coincidence line metabolic imaging with visual grade 3 as the diagnostic criteria for malignant lesions had much higher diagnostic value, and the negative predictive value, positive predictive value, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy was 70.00%, 86.84%, 91.67%, 58.33%, 83.33%, respectively. The T/NT value of the semi-quantitative parameters of benign and malignant lesions was significantly different(P<0.05). The T/NT value was used as the diagnostic criteria to fit the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve),the area under the curve was about 0.50,withlow diagnostic efficiency.According to ROC curve, T/NT value was 13.25 for the diagnosis of malignant lung lesions, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnostic value was 50.00%, 80.00%, and 50.00%, respectively. Conclusion In the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases, the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG coincidence metabolic imaging visual method is higher than that of semi-quantitative parameter T/NT method, and the application is simpler. |
