Objective To investigate the influence factors of gallbladder stone(GS) in pregnant women. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of pregnant women in the Sixth People's Hospital of Chengdu between April 2017 and April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The prevalence of GS was analyzed, and the influence factors were also analyzed using binary logistic regression analysis. Results GS occurred in 28 pregnant women (the prevalence was 14.00%). The age, delivery times,vitamin-D deficiency, serum total cholesterol (TC) level, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLc) level were influence factors for GS(P<0.05). Conclusion Although this study has revealed a low prevalence of GS,the age, delivery times,vitamin-D deficiency,TC and HDL clevels are associated with GS.Clinical preventive measures should be given in time to reduce the occurrence of GS. |
