| 目的 探讨踝关节骨折手术治疗后影响踝关节功能的影响因素。方法 选择2014年4月至2016年4月在郑州市骨科医院进行手术治疗的105例踝关节骨折患者，根据末次评价结果分为优良组（80例）与可差组（25例），回顾性分析患者的临床资料，采用logistic回归分析探讨影响术后踝关节功能的独立危险因素。结果 单因素分析显示，两组患者年龄、骨折分型、跟骨牵引、开始康复时间、手术方式、受伤至治疗时间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄>60岁（OR=2.546）、C型骨折（OR=1.725）、开始康复训练时间>7 d （OR=3.662）、未做跟骨牵引（OR=2.907）是影响手术治疗踝关节功能的独立危险因素（P<0.05）。结论 年龄过大、骨折类型、康复训练时间过晚、未做跟骨牵引等均影响踝关节骨折患者术后踝关节功能恢复。 |

| Objective To investigate the influencing factors of ankle function after operation for ankle fracture. Methods A total of 105 patients with ankle fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were recruited and divided into excellent group (80 cases) and poor group (25 cases) according to the final evaluation results. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The independent risk factors affecting ankle function after operation were explored by logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in age, fracture type, calcaneal traction, recovery time, operation method and time from injury to treatment (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age > 60 years old (OR=2.564), type C fracture (OR=1.725), time of rehabilitation training >7 days (OR=3.662), and no calcaneal traction (OR=2.907) were independent risk factors affecting ankle function(P<0.05).Conclusion Age, fracture type, late rehabilitation training and no calcaneal traction all affect the recovery of ankle function after ankle fracture surgery. |
