      本文通过分析目前我国乡村传染病防治工作现状,凝练出其中存在的问题,基于"互联网+"思维,提出构建"互联网+"视野下乡村传染病监控与预防模型。模型主要依托大数据技术分析能力,综合考虑病毒、人类个体、外界环境和人类社会五方面的内在联系;依据病原体社会轨迹、准确分析出易感人群,并提供科学的、个性化的解决方案。通过"互联网+"通讯技术的高精度、低成本和隐蔽性(个体单一沟通)发送多样化预防和预警信息,着重解决传统传染病防护的粗放性、盲目性和滞后性。

      A new model of human-contagion prophylaxis and control is constructed to provide a new vision and idea for rural epidemic surveillance and prevention. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the prevention and treatment of rural infectious diseases in China, this paper focuses on the existing problems. Based on the thinking of "Internet +", this paper proposes to construct the monitoring and prevention model of rural infectious diseases from the perspective of "Internet +". The model mainly depends on the technology of big data analysis, considering the five aspects of virus, human individual, the external environment and the internal relations, and human society. According to the social trajectory of pathogens, social vulnerable groups were analysed to provide scientific and personalized solutions. Through the "Internet +" communication technology of high precision, low cost and concealment (individual single communication), diversified prevention and early warning information can be sent, focusing on the extensiveness, blindness and hysteresis of traditional epidemic prevention.
