| 目的 探究不同助行方式在老年人工全髋关节置换患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年6月至2016年12月南通大学附属海安人民医院收治的给予框架式助行器辅助的老年人工全髋关节置换患者68例作为对照组，选取2017年1月至2018年5月收治的给予腋式拐杖辅助的老年人工全髋关节置换患者68例作为观察组。在干预6个月后对比两组患者假体下沉位移与松动情况发生率、髋关节功能及生活质量。结果 观察组干预6个月后，假体下沉位移小于对照组，假体松动发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组干预前后Harris评分、生活质量各维度评分差值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 腋式拐杖辅助方式对改善老年人工全髋关节置换患者预后具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of different modes of assist in the application of total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients. Methods Sixty-eight patients with total hip arthroplasty assisted by frame-type walking aids from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the control group, and the sputum was selected from January 2017 to May 2018. Another 68 patients with total hip arthroplasty assisted by crutches were used as observation group. The incidence of subsidence displacement and looseness, hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of intervention, the prosthesis subsidence displacement of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the incidence of prosthesis loosening was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The difference of Harris score before and after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The difference of scores of each dimension of quality of life before and after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The squat-type walking stick assisted method is applied to the elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty, which can significantly reduce the distance of the prosthesis sinking displacement, reduce the incidence of prosthesis loosening, and improve the quality of life of patients. |
