| 目的 探讨血清糖类抗原153（CA153）联合乳腺B超在良、恶性乳腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 对2017年1月至2018年12月在上海市浦东新区公利医院超声科检查的125例乳腺占位性疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据病理结果分为良、恶性组，比较良、恶性乳腺肿瘤患者血清CA153水平及乳腺B超检查结果，分析CA153、乳腺B超单独检查及两者联合检查对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。结果 经病理诊断，共有恶性乳腺肿瘤患者43例，良性乳腺肿瘤患者82例，恶性乳腺肿瘤组血清CA153水平高于良性乳腺肿瘤组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。恶性乳腺肿瘤组乳腺B超、血清CA153单独检查和两者联合检查的阳性检出率均高于良性乳腺肿瘤组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。乳腺B超和血清CA153联合检查的灵敏度为90.70%，准确度为94.40%，高于单独检查结果，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 血清CA153联合乳腺B超相较于两者单独检查对乳腺肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值。 |

| Objective To analyze the value of serum glucoside antigen 153 (CA153) combined with breast ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis wasperformed onthe clinical data of 125 patients with breast-occupying disease who underwent B-ultrasound examination in Shanghai Pudong New Area Gongli Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. The serum CA153 level and breast ultrasonography were compared between benign and malignant patients.The diagnostic value of CA153, breast ultrasonography and combined examination for benign and malignant tumorswere assessed.Results A total of 43 patients with malignant breast tumor were diagnosed by pathology, and the serum CA153 level was higher in malignant patients than in benign patients (P<0.05).The positive detection rates of breast ultrasonography, serum CA153 and combined examination in malignant breast tumorgroup were significantly higher than those in benign breast tumor group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity of combined detection of breast ultrasonography and serum CA153 was 90.70%and the accuracy was 94.40%, both of which were significantly higher than the results of single examination. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Thediagnostic value of serum CA153 combined with breast ultrasonographyr for breast tumorsis higher than that ofa singlemethod. |
