      目的 探讨合肥市某单位体检人群25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平与血脂的关系。方法 选取2016年5月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院健康体检的合肥市某单位人员共810例为研究对象,测量810例研究对象血清25-(OH)D以及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等血脂指标。采用Pearson相关性分析和多元线性回归进行25-(OH)D与血脂各指标关系的多因素分析。结果 810例研究对象25-(OH)D平均浓度为(15.81±4.87)ng/mL,其中25-(OH)D缺乏者占67.7%,严重缺乏者占13.0%。Pearson相关分析显示25-(OH)D与TC、三酰甘油对数值(lgTG)和HDL-C均呈负相关(P<0.05),多因素分析显示血清25-(OH)D与TC (β值=-0.015,95% CI=-0.029~-0.002,P=0.021)和lgTG (β值=-0.008,95% CI=-0.011~-0.005,P<0.001)呈显著负相关。结论 合肥市某单位体检人群25-(OH)D缺乏率高,血清25-(OH)D水平与TC和TG存在负相关。

      Objective To explore the association between 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25-(OH)D] and serum lipid in health check-up subjects of a unit in Hefei city. Methods A total of 810 subjects were enrolled from a unit of Hefei city which underwent health examination in Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Serum 25-(OH)D, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were collected in May 2016. Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between 25-(OH)D and serum lipid. Results The average level of 25-(OH)D was (15.81±4.87) ng/mL. 80.6% subjects had vitamin D deficiency, with 13.0% severely deficient. Pearson correlation analysis showed that 25-(OH)D had a significant negative correlation with TC, lgTG, HDL-C. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that 25-(OH)D were significantly negatively associated with TC (β=-0.015, 95%CI=-0.029~-0.002, P=0.021) and lgTG (β=-0.008, 95%CI=-0.011~-0.005, P<0.001). Conclusions The rate of 25-(OH)D deficiency is high in health check-up subjects of a unit in Hefei city. 25-(OH)D has a significant negative relationship with TC and TG.
