| 该文描述了安徽省某肿瘤医院转型发展中现存的问题，提出了解决和应对医院转型发展中的主要策略。通过安徽省政府政策扶持，该医院于2017年12月利用直属方式挂牌成为中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区，并由单一规模扩张、集团化发展向临床研究型转变，由单纯肿瘤专科医院向综合发展的研究型医院成功转型。通过进一步摸索和实践，医疗、教学、科研均取得了明显成效；利用中国科学技术大学资源与人才优势，循序推进重点专科建设，并将医疗技术成果运用于癌症研究，理论与实践相结合，从而快速推动专科医院的转型发展。 |

| This paper describes the existing problems in the transformation and development of Anhui Provincial Cancer Hospital, and puts forward the main strategies to cope with the transformation and development of the hospital. With the policy support of Anhui Provincial Government, the hospital was listed as the West District of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in December 2017, and successfully transformed from a single scale expansion and group development to clinical research transformation, as well as from a single tumor hospital to a comprehensive research hospital. The medical treatment and teaching&scientific research have achieved obvious results through the further exploration and practice. By taking advantage of USTC's resources and talents, the hospital advances the construction of key specialties step by step, and the application of medical technology achievements in cancer research can promote the transformation and development of specialized hospital by combining theory with practice. |
