Objective To explore the effect of short peptide enteral nutrition guidance on pregnant women with fetal growth restriction. Methods A total of 116 pregnant women with fetal growth restriction who were treated in Rugao People's Hospital from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, with 58 cases in each. The control group was given routine nutrition guidance, and the observation group was given short peptide enteral nutrition guidance. After one week of intervention, the increase of uterine height, abdominal circumference and body weight, the double parietal diameter, head and tail, abdominal circumference, femoral length and body weight of the two groups and the satisfaction of pregnant women were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in uterine height, abdominal circumference and D-value of body weight between the two groups (P>0.05); after intervention, the uterine height, abdominal circumference and body weight were higher inobservation group than that those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in fetal double top diameter, head and tail, abdominal circumference, femur length and body mass (P>0.05); after the intervention, thefetal double top diameter, head and tail, abdominal circumference, femur length, and D-value of body weight in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of short peptide enteral nutrition guidance in pregnant women with fetal growth restrictioncan increase the growth value of pregnant women's high and abdominal circumference, fetal biparietal diameter and head and tail, and effectively improve the satisfaction of pregnant women. Thus,it is worth promoting. |
