Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing list on patients with thoracolumbar fractures during perioperative period. Methods A total of 60 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected from June 2019 to January 2020 and were divided into control group and observation group based on random number table method, with 30 cases in each. The control group took routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group carried out nursing according to the self-designed accelerated rehabilitation nursing list. The pain, lumbar function, complication rate, length of hospitalization and patient satisfaction of two group were compared. Results The group×time of pain scores in two groups had an interactive effect (F=4.268, P=0.019), the pain scores of observation group before operation, on day 1 and day 3 after operation were lower than those of control group (F=8.956, P=0.006), and with the prolongation of hospitalization, pain scores gradually decreased (F=652.492, P<0.001).The groups×time of lumbar spine function in two groups had an interactive effect (F=17.589, P<0.001), the lumbar function of observation group before operation, 1 week and 1 month after operation were higher than those of control group (F=8.956,P=0.006), and with the prolongation of hospitallization, the lumbar function gradually increased (F=652.492, P<0.001). The hospital stay of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group, all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions The list of accelerated rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period can alleviate the pain of thoracolumbar fracture patients, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospital stayand improve patient satisfaction. |
