目的 探索基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2018年9月至2019年10月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)内分泌科138例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据有无神经病变,分为无DPN组与DPN组,每组69例。探讨SDF-1与DPN发病的关系。结果 DPN组患者SDF-1水平为(0.33±0.17)μg/mL,低于无DPN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman分析结果显示,SDF-1水平与病程呈负相关(r=-0.178,P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,血清SDF-1水平降低、病程可能是影响DPN发病的因素(P<0.05)。结论 SDF-1水平降低可能与DPN的发病有关。 |

Objective To explore the association of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 138 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC from September 2018 to October 2019. According to whether they had peripheral neuropathy, patients were divided into non-DPN group(69 cases) and DNP group(69 cases).The relationship between SDF-1 and the occurrence of DPN was analyzed. Results The level of serum SDF-1 in DPN group was(0.33±0.17) μg/mL, lower than that in non-DNP group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Spearman analysis showed that SDF-1 was negatively associated with the course of disease (r=-0.178,P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the decreased serum SDF-1 level and the disease term were the factors for the occurrence of DPN (P<0.05).Conclusion Decreased serum SDF-1 level may be associated with DPN in diabetes. |
