Objective To explore the expressions of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and autophagy related protein 9A (ATG9A) in endometriosis (EMS) patients' peritoneal fluid, and to explore the correlation among the three factors. Methods A total of 85 EMS patients confirmed by postoperative histopathology who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled and served as the observation group. Meanwhile, a total of 80 no-EMS women were served as control group. According to the modified EMS staging, 85 patients were divided into stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ (20 cases) and stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ (65 cases). The expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β, and ATG9A in two groups were detectedby enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the correlation between TNF-α, IL-1β and ATG9A was assessedby Pearson analyse. Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the peritoneal fluid of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the level of ATG9A was lower than that of the control group, bothwith statistical significance(t=17.818,12.861,9.92, P<0.001). The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in peritonal fluid of patients with Ⅲ~Ⅳ period were higher than those of patients with Ⅰ~Ⅱ period, and the level of ATG9A was lower than that of patients with Ⅰ~Ⅱ period, with statistical significance (t=131.691, 210.807,59.443, P<0.001).Person correlation analysis showed that the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were negatively correlated with the level of ATG9A(r=-0.568,-0.597, P<0.001).Conclusions The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and ATG9A arecorrelated with the severity of EMS. |
