      目的 应用锥形束CT(CBCT)分析川渝地区人群下颌前磨牙牙根和根管的解剖形态方法 调取2017年10月至2019年10月乐山市人民医院口腔科和重庆医科大学附属口腔医院放射科因治疗需要而拍摄的下颌前磨牙的CBCT影像资料,从中选取根尖孔发育完全且未行根管治疗或修复治疗的影像,详细记录其牙根数目,并采用Vertucci分类法对其根管形态进行分析结果 本研究共纳入675例患者,包括1 076颗下颌第一前磨牙和978颗下颌第二前磨牙。下颌第一前磨牙的牙根以单根为主(99.26%),其余均为双根(0.74%);下颌第二前磨牙则全部为单根。下颌第一前磨牙的根管形态主要为单根管(74.16%)和双根管(24.44%),还有少量3根管(0.63%)和C型根管(0.74%);下颌第二前磨牙则以单根管(98.88%)为主,仅检出少量的双根管(1.12%),未见拥有3根管和C型根管的牙根。按照Vertucci分类,I型根管是下颌第一、第二前磨牙最常见的根管构型,其次为V型根管结论 川渝地区人群下颌第一前磨牙的根管形态多样;下颌第二前磨牙主要为单根管;CBCT可以用于复杂牙根和根管形态的研究。

      Objective To evaluate the root and canal morphology of mandibular premolars in Sichuan and Chongqing individuals using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT). Methods The CBCT images of mandibular premolars taken by the Department of Stomatology, People's Hospital of Leshan and the Department of Radiology, the Affiliated Hospital of Stomatology, Chongqing Medical University from October 2017 to October 2019 were collected. Mandibular premolars of well-developed, no pulp treatment, no restoration were selected and the number of roots was recorded.The root canal configuration was categorized and compared according to Vertucci's criteria. Results A total of 1 076 mandibular first premolars and 978 mandibular second premolars from 675 patients were obtained. Most of the mandibular first premolars had single root (99.26%), and the rest of the mandibular first premolars had two roots(0.74%). All of the mandibular second premolars had only one root. The mandibular first premolars mainly had one root canal(74.16%) or two root canals(24.44%), with a small number of three root canals(0.63%) and C-type root canal(0.74%). All of the mandibular second premolars had single root canal(98.88%) or two root canals(1.12%). According to Vertucci's criteria, the root canal configuration of mandibular first and second premolars was mainly type I, followed by type V. Conclusions The root canal morphology of mandibular first premolars in Sichuan and Chongqing individuals isvarious. The mandibular second premolars mainly have one root canal. CBCT can be used for the research of complicated roots and canals.
