Objective To analyze the risk factors of osteoporosis among middle-aged and elderly people in Shangdu Road community of Zhengzhou city. Methods From May 2019 to November 2020, a total of 1000 middle-aged and elderly residents in Shangdu Road community of Zhengzhou city who were examined in the Health Management Center of Zhengzhou Branch of Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province were selected as the research objects. The data of age, gender, height, body mass, diet, exercise and disease history were obtained by questionnaire survey and field measurement. Bone mineral density was measured by dual energy bone densitometer, and the risk factors of osteoporosis were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results Among 1000 residents, 160 cases were diagnosed with osteoporosis. The incidence of osteoporosis was 16.00%, of which 10.78% was male and 20.52% was female. Multivariate logistic regressionanalysis showed that age(OR=1.401,95%CI:1.091~1.455),gender(OR=1.396,95%CI:1.024~1.468),BMI(OR=1.382,95%CI:1.011~1.485),diabetes (OR=1.408,95%CI:1.024~1.458),hypertension(OR=1.025,95%CI:1.011~1.474),falling(OR=1.352,95%CI:1.025~1.385),drinking(OR=1.411,95%CI:1.063~1.438),smoking(OR=1.385,95%CI:1.285~1.402) werehighly correlated with the prevalence of osteoporosis in high-risk groups. Conclusions Oldage, female, low body mass index, diabetes, hypertension, drinking, smoking and fall history are the risk factors of osteoporosis in high-risk population. |
