      目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与非膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者左房内径(LAD)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的相关性。方法 选择2018年2月至2020年10月在合肥市第二人民医院心内科住院的NVAF患者125例,根据房颤(AF)发作持续时间,分为阵发性AF组(n=41)、持续性AF组(n=38)和永久性AF组(n=46),选取同期住院的56例窦性心律患者作为对照组。检测各组血清Hcy、NT-proBNP水平,测定各组LAD等心脏超声指标,并对Hcy与NT-proBNP、LAD作相关性分析。结果 Hcy水平组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。永久性AF组、持续性AF组和阵发性AF组Hcy水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),永久性AF组和持续性AF组间Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关性分析提示血清Hcy与NT-proBNP水平、LAD呈正相关(r=0.737,r=0.462,P均<0.05)。结论 NVAF患者Hcy水平与房颤的发生、心功能损伤程度及左房结构改变情况相关。

      Objective To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine (Hcy) level and left atrial diameter (LAD) and amino-terminal brain natrium precursor (NT-proBNP) in patients with non-membranous atrial fibrillation (NVAF).Methods A total of 125 patients with NVAF who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected. According to the duration of AF, they were divided into paroxyemal AF group (n=41), persistent AF group (n=38), and permanent AF group (n=46).Fifty-six patients with sinus rhythm who were hospitalized during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum Hcy and NT-proBNP levels were detected in each group, LAD and other cardiac ultrasound indicators were determined in each group, and the correlation between Hcy and NT-proBNP and LAD was analyzed. Results The differencein Hcy level between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of Hcy in the permanent AF, persistent AF and paroxymoron AF groups were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the levels of Hcy between the permanent AF and persistent AF groups (P>0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that serum Hcy was positively correlated with NT-proBNP level and LAD (r=0.737,r=0.462,P<0.05).Conclusions The level of Hcy in NVAF patients was correlated with the occurrence of atrial fibrillation, the degree of cardiac function damage and the structural changes of the left atrium.
