Objective To study the effect of desonide cream combined with hyaluronic acid repairing biofilm on female facial dermatitis. Methods In this study 80 female patients with facial dermatitis from January 2017 to December 2017 were recruited, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given desonide cream for external use, which was limited to facial skin lesions. At the same time, hyaluronic acid repair biofilm was applied to skin lesions and normal skin. The control group was given desonide cream for external use only. Both groups were given lecetirizine, an antihistamine, orally. After 16 days of treatment, the situation of skin lesions, treatment effect and recurrence rate of skin lesions for 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the SCORAD scores of skin lesions in the two groups were similar. After treatment, the scores of both groups were improved, and the SCORAD score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (88.10% vs 65.79%) (P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment, 7 of the 29 cured patients in the experimental group relapsed, and the recurrence rate was 24.14%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group, in which 10 of the 17 cured patients relapsed, the recurrence rate was 58.82% (P<0.05). Conclusions Desonide cream combined with hyaluronic acid repair biofilm of functional medical skin care products can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, significantly reduce the recurrence rate, without obvious adverse reactions. |
