      目的 构建并实证1种卫生专业技术人员职称的动态考核模式,为卫生人力资源管理提供参考。方法 构建基于HA-AMO理论模型的考核评价指标体系,选取来自安徽医科大学第一附属医院3个职称类型的人员为研究对象,对其2014~2019年相关数据进行评价。结果 3组高级职称人才的考核总体得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在2次考核中,合格组的考核得分均高于不合格组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年度间的考核总体得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 卫生专业技术人员职称考核中应注重以公平性为前提,同时关注考核的动态性和激励性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To construct and demonstrate a dynamic assessment model of health professional title and provide reference for health human resource management. Methods The evaluation index system based on THE HA-AMO theoretical model was constructed. The staff with three professional titles from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects and the relevant data from 2014 to 2019 were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the overall scores of senior professional title among the three groups (P>0.05). In the two tests, the score of the qualified group was higher than that of the unqualified group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the overall score of assessment between different years(P>0.05). Conclusions The professional title assessment of health professionals should be based on fairness and attention should be paid to the dynamics and motivation of the assessment.
