      目的 探讨强脉冲光联合多磺酸黏多糖软膏治疗痤疮后红斑的疗效。方法 选择2020年4月至2021年4月在安徽中医药大学附属六安市中医院皮肤科就诊的64例痤疮后红斑患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组(32例,强脉冲光联合多磺酸黏多糖软膏治疗)与对照组(32例,强脉冲光治疗)。治疗2个月后,对比两组临床疗效、皮肤生理功能指标、生活质量量表(SF-36)总分差异。结果 治疗2个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预前后角质层含水量升幅、经皮失水量降幅均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预前后生活质量8个维度评分差值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 强脉冲光联合多磺酸黏多糖软膏可显著提高痤疮后红斑患者临床疗效,改善患者皮肤生理功能并提高其生活质量,值得临床应用。

      Objective To explore the effect of intense pulsed light combined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment in the treatment of post-acne erythema. Methods The 64 patients with post-acne erythema who were treated at the Department of Dermatology, Lu'an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected for the study. They were divided into observation groups (32 cases, intense pulsed lightcombined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment) according to random numbers, and the control group (32 cases, intense pulsed light). After two months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, skin physiological function indexes, and total score of Quality of Life Scale (SF-36 ) were compared between the two groups. Results After two months of treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than 68.75% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the water content of stratum corneum in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the percutaneous water loss was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the total score of SF-36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Intense pulsed light combined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients, improve the physiological function of the skin, and improve the quality of life of patients after treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
