青年人才是公立医院医教研全面发展的主力军,是医院生存、发展的基础,培养和造就一批杰出青年人才是提高医院诊疗质量的关键所在。文章从青年人才工作的重要性着手,通过阐述公立医院青年人才工作中现存的主要问题,提出加强青年人才引育的建议。文章认为,公立医院需要进一步加强对青年人才管理,注重引育结合,做好顶层设计,制定实施多层次人才引进和培养措施,强化政策扶持,拓宽青年人才培养渠道;进一步加强青年人才专项考核与量化评价,建立健全人才考核与评价体系,实施全员聘用与岗位管理,同时注重培养创新型青年人才,探索可行的培养措施,为青年人才发展保驾护航。通过健全各项政策措施,夯实人才发展"软环境",吸引并留住人才,促进青年人才迅速成长和可持续发展,推动公立医院高质量发展。 |

Young talents are the main force for the comprehensive development of medical education and research in public hospitals and the foundation for the survival and development of hospitals. Cultivating and bringing up a number of outstanding young talents are the key to improve the quality of hospital diagnosis and treatment. Based on the importance of the work of young talents, this paper expounds onthe main problems existing in the work of young talents in public hospitals, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the education of young talents. The author thinks public hospitals need to further strengthen the management of young talents, pay attention to the combination of introduction and education, do a good job in top-level design, formulate and implement multi-level talent introduction and training measures, strengthen policy support, and broaden the channels of young talent training;hospitals should also further strengthen the special assessment and quantitative evaluation of young talents, establish and improve the talent assessment and evaluation system, implement the employment and post management of all employees, pay attention to cultivating innovative young talents, explore feasible training measures, and escort the development of young talents. By improving various policies and measures, we will consolidate the "soft environment" for talent development, attract and retain talents, promote the rapid growth and sustainable development of young talents, and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals. |
