目的 探讨多西他赛+顺铂化疗(TP)方案联合放射治疗对食管癌的临床疗效及其疗效增殖和迁移的可能机制。方法 选取2017年1月至2019年12月安阳市肿瘤医院收住院的食管癌患者80例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予放射治疗,观察组给予TP方案联合放射治疗。治疗14天后,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应,以及miR-802、食管黏膜组织黏蛋白1和Smad 4的水平变化,同时比较两组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8)+水平。结果 治疗14天后,观察组治疗有效率(95%)高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(62.50%)高于对照组(62.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组miR-802、Smad4、食管黏膜组织黏蛋白1表达量以及CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较高,CD8+水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于食管癌患者来说,TP方案联合放射治疗可提高临床疗效,有效调控患者体内miR-802、Smad4和食管黏膜组织黏蛋白1表达水平及缓解疾病严重程度。 |

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of docetaxel + cisplatin chemotherapy (TP) regimen combined with radiation therapy for esophageal cancer and the possible mechanisms underlying its proliferation and migration.Methods From January 2017 to Anyang Cancer Hospital in December 2019,80 patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each. The control group was given radiotherapy, and the observation group received TP regimen and radiotherapy. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse effects, miR-802, esophageal mucosal mucin 1 and Smad4 levels were compared, and the T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+,CD8+ 、CD4+ / CD8+) +levels in both groups were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment, the treatment response rate (95%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observed group (62.50%) was higher than that in the control group (62.00%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the high miR-802, Smad4, esophageal mucosal tissue mucin 1 expression, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+ levels, and low CD8+ levels were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with esophageal cancer, TP regimen + radiotherapy can regulate the expression levels of miR-802, Smad4 and esophageal mucosal mucin 1 in patients, reflecting that the severity of the disease has been alleviated. |
